I am trying to install the driver side header. Directions state a bottom install. I have my car on jack stands in the front and ramps on the rear. I still don't have sufficent room to install the header. Did any of you raise the engine or go in from the top? I had no problems on the passenger side which went in from the top. I know that if I had a lift it would be a piece of cake. Any info or hints would be greatly appreciated..

I did it from the top. I couldn't get the car up high enough either. I had to remove the valve cover and coil packs, and disconnect the steering shaft and move it aside.

I just got into the GP on these, just wanted to see if you had any other comments on the install. I doubt I'll have a problem like yours though...I have a lift available :hurray:
Re: HELP DYNATECH SUPERMAX HEADER INSTALL ? (bamcoc5)
I jacked the front end up high enough, used cinder blocks and some boards, with two 4x4's on the jack. had plenty of room from the bottom. Kept adding boards till I had enough clearnace.
