Meziere Electric Water Pump
We are currently running a special on the Meziere Electric Water Pump for the C5 Corvette for $569 with FREE shipping.
Available colors are anodized red, blue and black.
The high flow electric water pump for the LS-1 and LS-6 engines is here. Track, dyno, and most importantly, street testing, has proved engines run cooler at low speeds and gain high end horsepower when running Meziere's bolt on LS1/LS6 pump. In addition to the released power, you get to keep all of your factory accessories.
Taking quality to the extreme, the WP319 features a dual bearing belt idler, billet parts throughout, and a “weather-tite” electrical connection. The pump is backed by a two-year warranty. If you own GM’s hottest cars, you need Meziere’s newest, coolest pump.

For the supercharger crowd. This is a great way to avoid a problem with driving your car should the belt break at the track!

Also an on/off switch tied into my fan and the electric water pump to really cool things down between runs :)

I haven't read anything from other sources that says their is a hp gain worth the price of this pump. But my main concern is what happens if there is a pump/electrical failure?

If a car has any failure it's not fun. No pain no gain comes to mind. For those that do go with an electric pump and race. Look into a product called Tic-Toc. it cycles the pump and fans for set periods in the lanes for even cooldown. Ric
