Thank you

I suspect that your B2282 Battery voltage out of range is probably the main code and all the others are a result of this.
Your battery voltage appears to be too low, either from a discharged or failing battery. Check the voltage and recharge it to see if the codes go away. If they return then your batter may need to be replaced.
Loose or corroded wires to the battery could also be the problem, or a bad ground connection at the battery.

10-PCM
P0171 H C Fuel Trim System Lean bank 1-B
PO174 HC Fuel Trim System Lean bank 2-B
PO332 H Knock Sensor (KS) Circuit Rear -B
P1652 H C Powetrain Induced Chassis Pitch Output Circuit
--------
>>The P0171 and P0174 relate to the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) control of the air/fuel ratio at 14.7:1. These DTCs are set when the Heated Oxygen Sensors (HO2S) indicate an excessively lean condition. The system will go lean if an injector is not getting enough fuel, or a lean condition could exist during high fuel demand.
--------
28-TCS
C1286 H Steering Sensor Bias Malfunction
-------------
>>C1286 relates to the Vehicle Stability Enhancement System (VSES). The difference between the desired yaw rate and the actual yaw rate is the yaw rate error. When this error becomes too large the Electronic Brake Control Module (EBCM) attempts to correct the vehicle's yaw motion by a pplying differential braking to the left or right front wheel. Part of the VSES is knowing the position of the steering wheel. C1286 relates to an EBCM problem in determining the position of the steering wheel. You most likely need access to a service manual and scan tool to run the diagnostic table.
-------------
58-SDM
U1000 H Loss of Communication Undetermined -RFA
-------
>>U1000 in this case indicates the Inflatable Restraints Sensing and Diagnostic control module (SDM) has not received a critical input from one of the other computers withing 5 seconds of start-up.
---------
A0-LDCM
B2282 H Battery #1 Fault DCM-LEFT

A1-RDCM
B2283 H Battery #1 Fault DCM-RIGHT
B2285 H Battery #2 Fault DCM-RIGHT
---------
>>B2282, B2283, and B2285 relate to the driver and passenger door modules monitoring of system voltage. Battery 1 provides power to the door module logic and internal drivers. Battery 2 is used to provide power to systems that draw higher amounts of current. These codes can be set by an intermittent open or short to ground. The battery voltage can be out of range (8.5-16.3 Volts), or a charging system malfunction.

THESE DTCs CAN ONLY BE SET AS HISTORY CODES EVEN IF THE MALFUNCTION IS CURRENT.

Probably need a scan tool to monitor battery 1 and 2 voltage while the door locks and mirrors are operated.
----------------
BO-RFA
U1096 H Loss Of Communication with IPC (No SOH Message Received -RFA
U1064 H Lose of Communications with DCM
U1016 H Loss Of Communication with PCM (No SOH Message Received -RFA
------------
>>BO U1096, U1064, and U1016 (IPC, BCM Body Control Module, and PCM) were set because the B0 - RFA (Remote Function Actuation) (2003 - Remote Control Door Lock Receiver (RCDLR) module had not communicated with the IPC, BCM, and PCM modules. This might be caused by an intermittent open or poor connection (star connector). These codes might also be set by an improperly powered module.
-------------

C2100 H C Left Front TPM Sensor Malfunction -TPM
C2105 H Right Front TPM Sensor Malfunction -TPM
C2110 H Right Rear TPM Sensor Malfunction -TPM
--------
>>I don't find these codes in my 2003 manual. The Tire Pressure Monitor (TPM) codes in 2003 are C0750, C0755, C0760, and C0765. However, loss of or low battery voltage will cause these codes to set.
-----------

I also got a message: " shock inoperative" + " max speed 80mph"
--------
>>I don't see a code that relates to the shock absorbers, however, when the Electronic Suspension Control (ESC) module detects a problem with suspension control it does send a message to the PCM to limit speed to 80 mph. You might check the codes again.
---------

Have you swapped out or disconnected your battery?
