No spark.
I've been in the process of putting a new motor into my car.... and ran into an interesting issue today; maybe one of you can help me out?
Basically, the issue is that I get no spark from my coil packs. There's voltage / power at the coils, yet for some reason no trigger signal is being sent from the PCM. The other interesting thing is that there's no reference voltage going to / at the coils. The service manual suggests that there should be; however there isn't. The injectors are also getting pulsed when trying to start the car, just no spark. We’ve checked ALL wiring, fuses, and relays w/ no luck, everything appears to be within spec, with the exception of the items listed above. At this point, the only we can think of doing is replacing my PCM? Has my PCM gone bad?
