Injector question......
What pressure are the stock injectors on a 2000 a4 coupe. are 28 ponders an upgrade? Will it buy me anything in performance? Will i have to get re-tuned after the install? Anything else I should be aware of?

Unless you've done mods to flow more air through the engine, I don't think you're going to see any increases just by going to bigger injectors. The time you want bigger injectors is when you've got so much more air flowing through the engine (supercharger, bored&stroked, etc.) that the injectors are staying open more than probably around 80-85% of the time.

Adding 28# injectors on a stock motor that has 26# injectors will not gain any power. Your 36# injectors are not maxed out. Adding 28# injectors will require a rescale of your injector table.
