When you print them, make sure you set the print option to NOT reduce to fit the page. Print from the File menu. Some programs will try to make it smaller to fit the page size and this will throw off the scaling. Once you print both pages, line them up on the cross-mark keys and tape them together. Cut out the template and check the fit against your ducts. If everything lines up, then transfer to cardboard or heavy paper. Use the same template for both sides of the car. Just flip it over. This way it will be lined up exactly the same on both sides.
