Best Header Bolts & Gaskets?

Best Header Bolts & Gaskets?

Are the 'metal content' gaskets that come with the headers OK, or should I get copper gaskets or some other?

Use stock gaskets, you won't find anything better and for header bolts go with www.go-breslin.com and you can buy these same bolts thru www.jegs.com :cheers:

I used factory gaskets and bolts with no problems. Lots of antisieze on the bolts too.

Don,

The Corvette LS1, not LS6 exhaust manifold gaskets are the correct parts to use.

I would suggest that you consider the ARP stainless steel header studs - www.arp-bolts.com/pages/products/pages/header/links/header_st.html . I have just installed them with my L.G. Motorsports Long-tube Pro headers and they outperform any bolt system I have ever used.
