Hi,
Bassani has a set being tested for a CA EO number. I asked them at the Super Chevy Show last week what the timing was and they said that it still a few months away.

Here's my .02.
Shorty headers are the only legal Cal units I know of.
There is a benefit, but not in HP per the forum.
That benefit is lighter weight (maybe 5 or ten pounds) and a change in exhaust tone.
