Suspension Anomaly?
May be bad bushing, but can't find anything. Very hard right & left steering wheel inputs at low speeds results in a slight thump. similar to running over a road reflector. Pressure is OK and situation occurs with either runflats or non-runflats. Help!

If you're getting a thump when you turn the wheel hard right and a thump when you turn the wheel hard left, I would look at the rack bolts. They may be just loose enough to let the rack move slightly in the bolt holes only when the maximum pressure of hard right or hard left is applied to the suspension. You may be able to see where the rack has moved against the frame. The other way is to place your hand, in a safe position, where it is against the rack and the frame at the same time adn have someone turn the wheel to get the "pop". You'll be able to feel any movement.
