If you follow the service manual directions, you'll be cursing all day long. It involves disconnecting the exhaust pipes, removing the torque tube tunnel cover plate and accessing the bleeder screw near the top side of the clutch housing.
What I did was alot easier. Remove the old brake fluid in the clutch master cylinder and replace with new for about 4-6 cycles (let 2-3 days pass between cycles) and you will have achieved the same results with alot less pain.

I don't think replacing the fluid in the master cylinder will ever get to the slave cylinder, there is not circular route to flush the fluid. The only way to do it is to open the slave, and this involves dropping the cover plate.
