When changing battery in my FOB it quit working. After trying to re-program without success I purchased another. It won't respond to the program either.
I have gotton to Key FOB training where it directs you to hold the Lock and unlock buttons simultaneously, nothing.
What else could be wrong?

That is for resynchronizing and it did't work on my first one. When you get a new one you need to match the transmitter to your vehicle. That's done through the OPTIONS MENU. Niether works.

I tried the key on and push the buttons and it worked for a couple of minutes then the memory came on the door and started rearranging my seats etc and then it cut off and didn't work again so something is cutting off all the auto adj and FOB--I did it again without turning on the key and same thing worked a couple of times then nothing--will a new FOB help do they wear out or something other than needing a battery--
I believe they do just wear out where a new battery will not do the trick.
I had this problem with both of my FOBs and put new batteries in both. I followed the instructions for resetting via the DIC and after a while they would revert to not working.
I had to buy two new FOBs and train them via the DIC. Since I have been OK.
Bill - the normal way being standing outside the car and holding lock & unlock at the same time until horn beeps may also be necessary.
I believe the owners manual will describe the two processes and maybe when they are required and why. With new FOBs both may be required.
What I do know is that my new ones had to be programmed via the DIC.
If you do not have your owners manual anylonger let me know and I will send you the pages. I would have gone out and looked this up for sure but we been having big rain here this evening.
