Default Getting clutch installed

Should I replace the slave and master or just the slave?
My clutch has been sticking for a while if I take it up in the rpm's and bang a gear. Should I just change them both to be safe?

I am putting in a SPEC III and Aluminum flywheel.

Also get one of those bleeder extensions from LAPD. That way you can bleed in 5 mins instead of 5 hours.

The drill mod removes the restruction(s) in the line between the master cylinder and slave which are meant to slow down the movement of the clutch to ease shock to the drive train from the disk engaging so quickly. This is not suitable for racing/enthsiast type driving so you drill out the restriction to allow the clutch to engage/disengage quicker. The F-Body guys do it all the time. Us Y-Body guys actually have three restrictions and two are a ***** to get to. Check this out.
