idle problem
In my reasearch I found quite a few people having idle problems after installing an itake system. I am just about to order mine but now I am having reservations. I do not want to have to reset the ecu everyime I go for a spin.
Also I would really like to buy the twin filter intake, is there really a serious turbulence problem? I am not looking for max power, just a bit more :)

? You can follow the instructions for a relearn. Doesn't take long and should address idle problems. I never bothered with a relearn after the intake or breather and idle was fine. I did have problems from a ported throttle body- but that's a diferent story (and even that is pretty rare).
And by the way, there are cheaper and better performing intakes than the dual cone intake. A few years ago, it was ok- but take advantage of something newer, better, cheaper- Halltech makes a nice unit with an airbridge for like $200- The blackwing is about the same price ... Varam gets good press, but is more involved to install. Take a look around as I'm sure there are more than what I noted.
