Parking Brake Spring..............
I changed my rotors yesterday and that damn spring fell out on the drivers side Parking Brake (it is inside the brake shoe). It was a bitch gettign it back in......especially getting it to hook to those 2 spots and keeping it hooked.
Anyone ever have this happen? What does that spring do for the PB?
I THINK I got it back on .........................if it isn;t what would be the signs?

Yup,they are a pain 
The spring simply holds the parking brake shoe in place against the backing plate,keeping the shoe from dragging on the rotor.

Yup,they are a pain The spring simply holds the parking brake shoe in place against the backing plate,keeping the shoe from dragging on the rotor.
