driveline bushings
how many have had torque tube bushing problems,,,,is this common,,I dont have problems yet, but was wondering if I will cause of the maggie,,my car dont hook real good, so I guess that will help keep the stress down

I think mainly those who beat the hell out of the car....like drag racing with slicks, etc......have the issue. Honestly I don't think it is common.
The factory should have made them out of aluminum and then somehow wrap the outer edge with rubber to avoid noise and vibration...........

I believe the problem is more common than people think.
When doing a clutch change, I don’t believe many people remove the TQ tube from the trans and remove the drive shaft from the TQ tube for inspection. http://forums.corvetteforum.com/zerothread?id=849043
