Here are the calculation i came up with... what do you all think.. Would the 4.30 gears be practical and worth their use.

1st 40.080 mph
2nd 58.22 mph
3rd 84.01 mph
4th 120.00 mph
5th 169.742 mph
6th 211.044 mph

If that is correct, 2nd gear would be completely useless. I highly doubt anyone could shift twice (in and out of 2nd) faster than the time it takes the car to accelerate 11mph.
1st gear has a 40mph range (0-40mph), but 2nd can only go from 40-51mph (an 11mph range)? Doesn't seem right.

I think with a 26 inch tire, here is what you are looking at for an M12 w/ 4.10 gears and a rev limitor of 6500. My calculator is old- but I'm pretty sure this is accurate.

1st 40
2nd 58
3rd 84
4th 120
5th 142
6th 213

I gave you the 4.10 as a baseline, but here you go:

4.30, 26 inch tire, M12, 6500 limit.

1st 38
2nd 55
3rd 80
4th 114
5th 136
6th 203
