Damn Bill ! You just can't get a break

I wish I had an answer for you I'm guessing that the column lock is driven through the PCM .

Interesting situation Bill. Have you done the bypass at all? It could be a voltage problem from the PCM to the column lock motor. Possibly a terminal retention problem. I recommend bypassing the CLM in its entirety. Also the PCM houses the theft deterant function. I had a similar problem, and my local dealership downloaded and update to the theft deterant module. After that no other problems. Also the update to the theft deterant module did not effect my custom edit tune.

Holy Crap Bill- That car is the unluckiest thing I've ever read about. Obviously I have nothing to contribute towards a solution, but just felt the need to say, dam n..... you need to catch a break one of these times.

Best of luck.

Thanks Matt I have been swapping out PCM's as I fried one and I have not finished my tuning so I have to think that they oriiginally turned it off or something and of course with the new PCM it hasn't occured to anyone yet--I will call my dealer and they will download again, glad it doesn't affect tuning for sure--
