Exterior temp stuck at 69?

Default Exterior temp stuck at 69?
I know ive seen this on here before, whats the prob. and how do I fix it? btw my heat and air are working fine, just the ext. temp always reads 69/

Check your exterior temp sensor on the passenger side in front of the radiator it's mounted very low. Check to make sure the wires are connected, but the sensor is probably bad.

Of all the numbers to get stuck at seriously hope you find out the problem, but just think of the "pick up" lines this would offer.
