) I just wish I could get to it without removing the manifold
Thank you everyone for the info. Now I just need to remove the manifold and lengthen that line and plug it back in
Good thing is, at least the car cools off....just so happens it comes out ALL vents no matter which mode I choose......
Well here in Florida it wasn't cooling off enough for me. For one thing, without the vacuum, it will not go into recirc mode, and for another, without it blowing straight at me through the vents, it doesn't cool off enough.

Awesome picture. Thank you. Yep I need to get in there and hook it up
Funny.......because on the FAST 90mm manifold I have in the garage that little connection is on the bottom back corner (passenger side) of the manifold...........it is so easy to get to and see...thanks again.

I hear you. Even on HOT days here I like it on the "vents" only and have it blow right on my face........

If you remove the PCV hoses you might have an easier time getting back there and getting a hose on that fitting without removing the manifold.

Thanks

Funny you mention this. I was just off to the garage to try and do that. But I wanted to see that picture one more time before going out there so I checked here. I am off to try that....hopefully it works. Thanks again.....

I've been away from this thread for a couple days, but it would seem like you've got some good help from Shirl, Evil and Bill on this. Glad to hear it!
Hey, look at it this way. You are now more familiar with some of the basics of your HVAC vacuum system, albeit the "hard" way.
Sometimes the school of hard knocks is a good teacher. At least it has been to me a number of times in the past.
