Electric fan wiring harness question

I am reinstalling my electric fans after getting my cam in this weekend and I've come across a connector that I can't figure out where it came from. The electric fan wiring harness has the two connectors that go to the fans themselves and one other connector on the cable. This is the connector that I can't find where it goes. Any advise is appreciated.

How many wires are on the plug and what color are they? I have an 98 service manual and will look in it to help you out. It should be the same.

That connector is a small one on the left side of the car and plugs into the connector on the rack for your steering
