I would like to know where I can get my stock GM
26 LB injectors flow matched. I have one side of my
LS1 running leaner then the other and would like to
get balanced at cruise and WOT.

RC Rngineering. I think it may be RCEngineering.com
Besides flowing more fuel do the 2001-2003 28lb injectors
offer any other advantages ? Do they have a better spray
pattern or do they have a faster response time at higher rpm ?
Its not worth the money to flow match the older 26# injectors. You're better off buying these - a much better investment. I wouldn't be concerned about flow matched injectors unless you're running a significantly upgraded H/C combination or Forced Injection - then flow matched 30# SVO injectors might be a more sensible option. Just my .02.

Cleaning fuel injectors isn't something that many shops can do. A few years back I could only find ~2 shops in the country that did a good sonic AND concentrated cleaner cleaning AND flow match the injectors before shipping them back. If I remember right, RC was one of those shops. If you can pick up a set of used high flow injectors and ship them to RC, you may save a few bucks, and IMO RC will send you back injectors that are better than new.
