It looks like the $199 Stinger price permanently ends this Saturday 8/7/04, so I would order it soon.

Yep--they're open and responding quickly. Just got mine today and installed it in about 45 minutes (I'm pretty slow at these things because I am so careful). Now I'm gonna take it for a drive!!

I just went and registered. Went to order it, and it shows a 299.00 price. What gives?? Some of the other guys are saying they are being quoted 249.00, and one in this post says it is still at 199.99 until this weekend. It would be nice to know what the actual price is for forum members!! 199.00, 249.99, 299.00

Any help on this would be appreciated. Thanks.

Frank

I just went by the very bold message in the red box on their home page that says:

Attention forum members! $199.00 STinger R pricing ends August 7th! Forever! You must order online to get this corvetteforum.com pricing!

I think you will get the 199 price if you indicate you're a forum member on the order form (assuming there is a place to enter that). I'm not sure really, but your complaint has been mentioned before.

I had the same problem:

Go to the website.
E-mail Jim.
He WILL hook you up. He called me at home
But make it fast, this is the end of the $199 deal.

BTW, best customer service I've received in ages. Can't say enough good things about Halltech!

Thanks again Jim

I can't see spending more than $200 for an air filter.

Then you shouldn't mind giving $199 for a filter, bridge and bellows

I feel a little screwed as I bought a Blackwing last year ( which is a great filter ) and then had to remove it when my blower went in. Plan your mods wisely..

Cheers,

Mark

When Jim Hall is out of town, Andy helps him out. A&A is an alternative contact for Halltech.

If you have a screenless MAF ('02-'04 Z06), you might.

I ordered on the Halltech site but contacted A&A to finally get my Trap shipped. Give Andy a call.
