Default Titanium Cat Back Mod

Well fellows this is my first post even though I've been a member for over two years. My warranty is about to run out on my '02 coupe and intend to start with some basic mods such as Dyna Tech's Supermaxx headers and a titanium cat back from a Z06. I would like to know if anyone has done a A&A mod to their titanium exhaust. If so what welding procedure/method did you use i.e. tig, mig, etc. and what type/grade of rod or wire did you use? I would also like to know the kind of sound results as to level and any possible resonance problems. Also could anyone recommend a source for O2 sensor extensions. This was the only thing I didn't get with the used set of headers. I checked with Dyna Tech but they want about 50 bucks for what will only be some short pieces of wire and connectors. Will appreciate the help.

You can't weld Ti to Stainless Steel. If you can find Ti tubing of the proper alloy you could fashion one your self or by one whole system and then see if you can find someone that was dumb enough to cut up theirs and buy that too. Use the pieces to fashion the mod.
