Default PCV Mod Search?????

Is the search function not working? I have tried several times to find information on the PCV modification using the search with no results. I have also tried searching on ls1 with no results.

Thats funny, I thought with this new forum it was supposed to eliminate the poor search function.

I switched from the LS-1 PCV system to the LS-6 system and it's just as bad so don't waste your money, go ahead and get a catch can in the meantime maybe someone else will chime in and show you some of the great custom setups their running

I did the same thing, and also did the LS6 conversion! It turned out good. That Accurate can is a nice set-up! I e-mailed Aldo, and he sold his last bracket, and didn't know when/if he was making more, so I just made my own.

Go with a PCV catch can and a valve cover breather.

I found a small 1 pint catch can with a breather on top that will let pressure go to atmosphere and any oil that makes it will be trapped in the can--the other side of my can is capped as I don't put any vacuum on it which should help with my oil consumption, I left the single hose from the passenger valve cover hooked to my air bridge to help evac the motor as no oil gets in this hose. the hose on the passenger that plugs into the intake manifold is where all the oil comes from so i capped the nipple on the intake and ran the line to the catch can--when I finish the setup and get a few miles on it I will post results--

Thanks for the info, guys. The forum members are always available, even with the search function doesn't work. I will try to contact JO-EL. If I can't then I think maybe the catch can will be the way I go.
