Fly to Virginia...HMMMMMM>>>>>>The Plate IS on my car. a 2000 coupe slammed and upgraded sways only to Z-51 and Bilstien sport shocks. The car drives like night and day is different. Went mountain runnin sunday and did the 180 and hairpins at 70 mph with no loss of ttraction sideslides or sways. The interior is cooler and the A/C works better. Tires are now tacking better no sideways jumps anymore when ruts or holes are hit and wind noise is gone. Mark
Sory I didn't see the plate in your mods..but anyway that is awesome...I will prolly get your plate in the future..what a cool idea...

I have access to doing this. Not sure if the strength factor is there and If the heat will affect the resin coat on the carbon fiber. But cost would be ^^^^^$$$$$$$$$$$$$. The mold itself would be huge dollars. And usually we do these for looks in carbon fiber are you going to show your car on a jack? Thanks for the inquirey monday I will consult my partner who does the carbn fiber.

don't make a mold for a plate. use prepreg or even vaccuum bag wet layup sheets and cut out your pattern...actually if you want to get fancy and tailor your strength, use unidirectional plys and align them as necessary for the most stiffness in the direction you deem necessary. however, for much greater stiffness, form some small ribs by putting balsa wood inserts between layers to form boxed sections. this gives you incredible stiffness and strength without adding significant weight.
