I have a 99 coupe and want to replace my current rims with some chromes; possibly Y2Ks, Z06, or whatever. When talking to my tire man, he mentioned that I should ask and make sure the new rims were "hubcentric".
Does anybody know which of the rims the more popular vendors are selling are hubcentric?
Thanks.
Mike
I've been researching this, as well. There are tons of wheels out there whose manufacturer claims they will fit C5, but very few are actually hub-centric. Tire Rack, for example, carries only one line that are--although they claim it doesn't matter, and "many other rims will fit, with a centering ring". Not on my car
Those that ARE hub-centric that I know of include HRE and CCW. There may be others, but I've pretty much decided to limit my choice to one of these two lines.
