My 03 is at the dealer right now and they are replacing ALL the clutch components under warranty. Hopefully it will cure the problem.
same problem here, developed after the installation of the procharger, I've yet to be able to row through the more than 2 gears. Yet the clutch has not slipped once. Its going to be a while before I can get a new clutch since I'm now a poor college kid
must check pressure plate torque,if not torqued properly will cause press. plate to woble enough to cause slave cylinder to malfunction. All the ones I have checked i had to replace complete clutch assymbly, slave and master cylinder. There is a TSB on this problem.

I have the extended warranty and I just had my clutch swapped out by the Dealer at no cost! Apparently GM has information out on this to the Dealers where they should replace your whole clutch if this problem occurs. The problem only happened to me when I shift at really high (redline) RPMs

You are lucky. Local dealer here said he couldn't duplicate the problem so no fix under warranty, even though I gave him the GM info sheet. So, it was my treat (at LAPD) to get the full, newer Z06 clutch parts upgrade. Refilled with high-temp brake fluid. The clutch has been perfect ever since.
