Just checked through the GM parts catalog that we use at my work. The tips are not available as a separate item. The closest thing you could do would be to buy the muffler assembly which is over $300. 
My suggestion to you is to search EBAY and check the wrecking yards in hopes of finding one. Good luck to you.

You should be able to find a free takeoff from some one in C5 Parts willing to pop one off their's that's sitting in a corner because they have an aftermarket exhaust. Or you can buy an aftermarket set of tips from one of the many vendors linked here. They have a variety of types and shapes. Corsa has some very nice ones, for instance. They sell for ~ $80-$140, depending on the vendor and style. Ebay was a very good suggestion above also.
