The short of it: When we had my 422 on the dyno, apparently the vacuum of the motor was too much for the vararams filter element and it ripped it apart like tissue. I guess this wasn't the first time they'd seen a big cube motor do this.
The question is, how do I get a filter element that will hold up better? i tried to contact Vararam but got no response, and there is no order for replacement filters on their site.
I know a lot of you big cube guys run this intake, so what have you done to get a suitable filter?
