TCS code C1287???
Got this one along with the SERVICE ACTIVE HANDLING warning;
code indicates malfunction with the steering rate sensor.
I've reset it and will wait and see. Anyone else had this on an '02 with auto trans? No mods to speak of.

I had the same issues and it turned out to be ground related!
