I wouldn't buy either one of them. You can sometimes find the service manuals on Ebay. I bought mine from Ken Fitchner.

It's true. I've tried in vain to find a C5 Haynes repair manual. You can order service manuals for any C5 year model. They are multi-manual sets and are probably more complete than Haynes or Chiltons. But, they are more expensive....I believe it will set you back about $130 - $150.

Ive seen the three book set of Helm's manuals on Ebay for 100 dollars.... they are worth every penny... Chilton, and the few other that offer sevice manuals are not worth the paper they are printed on when it comes to a corvette,,,,the helm's manuals are three two inch thick Phone book sized service manuals. how can a half inch thicl repair book compare
