Default throwing a code

The vette has started throwing a P0161 code. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that this is the code for the front O2 sensor.I have KOOKs headers that have been on for about 6 months, and have not had an issue. The confusing twist is that it does not throw it every time I drive. I have checked the wires and the do not appear to be burnt or kinked.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks

If the wires look good then the sensor may be getting ready to die for good

This is listed as "HO2S Heater Circuit Bank 2 Sensor 2". that's the Passenger side rear O2 Sensor.

Thanks guys;
The only problem now, is that not only have I removed the rear sensors (no cats) and replaced them with simms, but the tuner supposivly has programmed the PCM not to look at them???

Any thoughts on a possible cause?

Have him remove that code. Sounds like he forgot to exclude that code when he removed the others regarding the rear O2s.

I've got to get the PCM reprogramed when I do my H/C. I'll get him to check it then
