Default cam is in/ know engine light is on ???
started the car up after i tighten my rockers to 22lb now my engine light is on. what can that be????? cam 228 /230 .588 .591 112

Hold down the options button and press the fuel button 4 times, a scroll of codes will come up.

check out http://www.z06vette.com/ipc.txt but those don't look like codes that would cause the check engine light

Don't seem engine related heating ventilation ac and left and reight door control modules... clear the codes and checlk engine light and see if it reappears....
