***Door Lock Problem?***
If anyone can offer some advice/insight, it would be greatly appreciated, and needed.
John

Remove the remotes from your body, and slowly creep up on the car. Azz first would even be better.. If the car door opens, I would check body cavities..
If the door doesnt open using this method, that would eliminate You as the transmitter.,.
Next , put the fob in any convienient body cavity and slowly creep up on the car, if the door opens, I would be pretty sure its your fob...
This is a scientific test proceedure.,.. not to be confused with anything kinky..or perverted...
Just in case you dont know the difference between kinky and perverted...
Kinky is when you use a feather..
Perverted is when you use te whole Chicken.
Seriously your fob has lost its passive Off function.. '

I appreciate all SERIOUS assistance.
Thanx!
But id you want to get ugly believe me so can I...
What azzhole would think that their mire approach would remotely unlock the door... you would have to be a real azz to think so.. so it has to be the fob giving off the unlock code that a passive system delivers.. remove the battery and see if the door still unlocks when you approach .. do you actually think your body can give off a frequency unlock code all by itself.. Your a freekin Idiot...and what do tire sensors and their frequency have to do with a passive door lock unlock problem.
your fobs are the only thing that can do it.. and Like I said in the serious mode of my first post... your passive off switch is not working..your fobs are remaining active.. And thanks for the Thank you
I noticed so many other people came to your aid.
I thought that what I was describing was pretty evident: As I approach my car, WITH A REMOTE in hand, and for that matter, each of the four that I have, this occurs.
In addition, from what I understand, the tire sensors and the FOB's work off a similar circuit as well.
Please don't speak for others either, as your immature reply wasn't that helpful anyway.
Now, if you've you've something productive to post, then allow your "non-eviltwin" to do so, otherwise refrain from the ignorance and sarcasm dude.
It really does sound as though the passive switch is not fully in the off position or that the switch mechanism has failed but it seems unlikely that all of your fobs would be experiencing the same fault. I could only suggest test each fob one-at-a-time after throwing the switch hard/fully into the leftmost position. If the fob still talks to the car, the switch contacts must be stuck/dirty/buggered or some combination thereof.
Four(4) fobs, can four be trained?
