I have an autoX practice that I hope to attend in Nov. Putting on the break-in miles before then will be tough, since I work 12-14 hour days and live only 2 miles from work

How many of you lucky Cartek group purchasers of rear gears during the Cartek group purchase from August/September still have not received their gears now that it is November? Count me as one.

well, i am in the unlucky club too
i was told that it was shipping Oct 8th. i received my credit card statement about a week later, and the total charge was on there.
It is now Nov 2nd, and still no sweet shipment on my front porch

And my car is as ready as you can be to do the swap- completely disassembled with 3.42 carrier sitting on the jackstand that rolled from under the car. Man I need this order ASAP- I have an autoX in a few weeks, and i have to reinstall and break in the gears.

i know they are backed up on receiving core exchanges
so send them old gears back so they can be put to use
i know my 3.42's will be shipped quick, just so i can get them out of the garage and get my core deposit back

I guess that excuse might work for a while, but in my case (no pun intended) Dave received my core on September 24th and I have heard zilch.. And, oh yes,of course, my card was tagged on Oct 11th.

I cannot people do not send these cores back and get some $$$ and garage space.
Too early for Xmas, so....please Great Pumpkin leave a sweet present of 4.10 gears and hardened output shaft under my pillow this week.
I think I've been good this year (good to my car at least )
Man I really need the order by this weekend.

i potentially got some good news. should be receiving some cores and GM units. if i can get this in by the weekend, all will work out perfectly

if not, i'm screwed and will miss my first autoX next weekend- just not enough time to install and break-in.....only a handful of days would remain to complete between my long work days

what a time frame here

order end of August
credit card billed beginning of Sep
ship confirmation beginnning of Oct

almost mid-November, still no order

i gave up on waiting and reassembled the car so i can participate in this weeks autoX. sucks, when you work 60-80 hr weeks, time is money, and i've wasted alot of what spare time i had to take apart, sit for 2 weeks, then put car back together

Got mine weeks ago. But then again I went to Cartek and had them do the install. No complaints here.
