Maybe a little too much Flash Player content (sometimes less really IS more), and not everyone will appreciate the "mega downloads" going on in the background just to play rock tunes. Not everyone's musical tastes are the same (I love GnR), and this type of "unexpected" background music can catch people off guard while surfing at work.
I agree. Way too much flash and the music is over the top, IMHO. It's supposed to be an informational and commerce site that helps you to generate revenue... If I have to listen to Metallica and G&R while I decide whether or not I'm gonna drop major coin on mods... well... I'll probably shop someplace else - the distractions are just that.

Obviously a professionally done and well thought out site. However... since you asked, there are a couple of things.
1) I don't think you are doing yourself any favors with that music. Are you trying to instill confidence in potential customers, or convince them of your coolness factor? Also, if you aren't paying royalties, the RIAA lawyers will be coming after you.
2) The left-side frame truncates if viewed with a screen size less than 1024 x 768. It's not a problem for me, but you are losing a lot of your audience by hard-coding to such a large size (still lots of 800 x 600 laptops out there).
