Default Idle question

I posted in C5 general about a problem we are having with our '01 after a recent trip to the dealership.

My question is: During a recall column lock fix on an '01, is there anything they could have done that would have thrown the idle of the car off?

Working with GM Corporate on this one, dealership is acting like creaps, denying they did anything that would affect this. All I know is the car was fine when it went in and screwed up when we got it back.

Do you have mods and have the PCM tuned? I believe GM is reflashing the PCM to perform this recall, which means you would lose the previous tune. If you did, hopefully you can take the car back to the shop that tuned it and have the file uploaded again.
