Default Cold Air Screen Material

Where can you purchase the Z06 air screen (wire mesh) material in bulk sheets?

McMaster.com does not show any pictures of their part numbers.

if i remember correctly, the closest mesh to zo6 screen material is 5 x 5 mesh per linear inch @ .041 dia. wire. i have McMaster catalog 107 - look under woven wire cloth, type 304 stainless steel standard grade. they do show actual wire cloth mesh sizes for 2x2, 3x3, 6x6, 8x8, 12x12... i'll double check the dimensions of my screens when i get home and repost.

Give McMasters a call at 330-995-5500 and ask for Part # 304 5x5 .041 screen size. I bought a 12x24 " piece for $20.02 and it was delivered to my door the next day and I live in So Cal. The 12x24 " piece will do your front vents, side vents and rear vents and you will have some left over. I cut all of the pieces a little larger and shaped them by hand to the contour of the opening and used clear silicone to hold them on, this is a cheap dress up mode for under $25.00

Thanks for the information. I stumbled across this post and low and behold the little light in my head went on. Once again, thanks for the information and the part number.
