Default Exhaust Manifold Question
Has anyone put Z06 "D" port exhaust maifolds on a late model LS1 with round ports and what was the result? Thanks. - C.

The stock manifolds I just pulled off my '04 are Z06 D ports. Headers are far better.

Thanks for the quick response. So you're saying the LS1 and Z06 exhaust manifolds are the same? Interesting. I'll have to take a closer look. - C.

Default exhaust manifolds
from about mid 2001 to present all LS1 LS6 engines have the same exhaust manifolds as well as short blocks. Just ask your local dealer for the part #'s to both and you will see that they are the same #. Same MAF also for both engines and TB.
