It's a bit of a PITA, but doable with those directions. I also recommend disconnecting the caliper from the bracket on the side you plan to pull the spring out from. This will allow you to deflect the lower A-arm further without stretching the brake line.
Took me maybe 2 hours to do the whole thing.
