Help With Part Numbers And New Headlight Bulbs..

Can anyone recommend a legal, bright white replacement headlight bulb?

Also I'm looking for part numbers for a magnetic drain plug and oil filter from gmpartsdirect.com

Sylvania has some on the market that some folks seem to like a lot. I can't recall the name they're being marketed under right now though.

Magnetic oil pan drain plug: 24100042
oil filter(s): AC Delco numbers PF44, UPF44 or PF46

The Sylvania bubs are SILVERSTAR, sizes 9005 and 9006. They are better than stock, but the lights are still awful. Here's a link:
