Is this muffler like the "tornado" product is for the intake

I can't see how this would give 50 torque increase?

Has anyone tried this thing?

Either Jegs or Summit has one that you can remove the screw/spiral. There was somebody over in the Parts section that put together a system for the Vette with this. I can't find it now though.

This is total look at the before and after dyno numbers, stock 98 C5-206hp?
