glove box bulb

Hi all,

Hope this doesn't sound silly but for the life of me I can't figure out how to change the glove box bulb. Any help would be appreciated.

From the service manual:

1) Open the instrument panel (IP) passenger compartment door.

2) Reach behind the IP compartment lamp switch, grasp the bulb, then pull the bulb to remove.

Thanks for the info, but I have tried and tried and I just can't get enough of a grip on the bulb to pull it out. Maybe I have to remove the whole switch but I can't figure that out either. I need someone with really skinny fingers....

push the whole bulb and socket straight back out of its bracket. then change the bulb

thanks for the tip, I tried that and still couldn't get it out but I found the plug was loose so it's fixed.
