Default Z51 option, whats the difference?

I recently bought a black 99FRC mn6,
it came with the Z51 option. I am wondering what exactly does it consist of?
What parts different from stock, is it performance, handling or both.
Thanks,

Well lets see... you get the GE F15 jet engine, the Getrag bullet proof differential, Rodney built Transmission, Large radiator, 6 piston calipers front and rear... just kidding...

What you do get.. Stiffer springs, better sway bars, better shocks, and a power steering oil cooler.

Z51 is not an option on the FRC it is standard, the only way the 99-00 FRC's came. That and the 6spd. If I remember correctly it has stiffer springs, shocks, and larger sway bars. Its basically setup for autocross.

Well, yeah, Z51 is standard on FRCs, but it does describe the package in a nutshell.

Have a good one,

The only thing out of that package worth a damn is the power steering cooler.

Default Thanks!

Allright! sounds like I got a great little package for racing.
I just read the CL thread, do I hafta take my car to the dealer to find out if I have a recal on it?
I do hear that ripping sound when I pull my key, getting nervous about that CL.
Ride on Thanks from SOCAL

Most ppl can not tell the difference between the Z51 and Z06 when driving or ridding in the two cars with the same tires The 04 Z06 has a bit stiffer shocks.

The power steering cool helps when you decide to do spirited driving.

Does the Z06 come with the powersteering cooler??

Don't lie to the guy...
F-15s use Pratt & whitney engines
