HUD Trouble
The HUD on my '01 coupe is having an intermittant problem. The display will fade slightly and all of the items in the display light up at the same time. I usually turn off the display at this time, but the projection remains for a period of time (minutes). Eventually it actually turns off, and I can turn it back on with out an issue, 'till next time.
Might be a possible short or loose ground?? Thanks for your suggestions!

Nothing is wrong with it.
This occurs when the sun hits it at just the right angle (usually sun is behind you), and it "lights" up the whole display.
This can be annoying on a straight freeway, where you can't escape it, but if you're driving around town next time this happens, make a turn, you'll find it goes back to normal immediately after turning.
