The biggest difference I noticed was the cooler temperature of my loose change I keep in the factory cup holder. Normally my quarters, nickles and dimes (Plus a penny or two...
) become roasting hot in the cup holder after some extended driving. With the coated plate installed, my coinage never got past warm...I'm guessing around 30 to 40 degrees cooler, give or take...
