C5 Vert to Z06 drive line conversion

C5 Vert to Z06 drive line conversion
What are the changes to the drive line of '04 vert to copy Z06? Everything will be upgraded to surpase stock Z06 if possible. Have the Exedy dual disc racing clutch, C5R 427 ci NA motor, LG coilovers with T1's, Alcon-Baer 14" kit, Michelin PS2 275/35R18 & 295/35R18 tires, HRE 843R 18" wheels, left heavy duty shaft and Getrag Z06 3.73 differential. Will probably go with aftermarket T56 tranny possibly geared to MN12 specs. Is there anything about the drive line except the MN12 that is different? I am not up on the fine points. Any suggestions? 
I am aware that the vert is heavier than the Z06 dropping the cats and a few other things may get me close.
