Default Dynatech Headers? Good or Bad?

I was interested in getting the dynatech headers.
Anyone have them? My car is lowered hopefully no ground clearance
problems. Any opinions would be great.

Thanks, Jimmy O

I have been very happy with my Dynatechs. I picked up a good 2 mph in the 1/4 mile. Plus the sound is great..

Put mine on a couple of weeks ago. Great quality product. Simple install. Bungs for all 02 sensors, with necessary wire extensions. My car is lowered all the way on stock screws. No ground clearance problem. Sound is throaty and strong through stock Z06 exhaust. Response to right boot mashing is improved dramatically. Revs smoother and quicker. Haven't had it tuned yet, but that is soon. Overall, a great product and install experience. Got them from Jason at Texas Speed, a forum vendor.

I also have them. They were easy to install, fit well, and come with everything you need! They have been on for a few months and have had no problems, not even a bolt needing retightening. I think they are a excellent product and the price was very reasonable. (03 coupe, 6 spd)

I have had them for 2 weeks and I love them. They were a very straight forward install and they really improve the car's response. I highly recommend them. I have not had a tune and probably won"t get one. I don"t race mine, so I am fully satisfied with the increased sotp power and sound.
Got mine from Nate at Corvette Garage. Excellent customer service.

TT,
I read a post on that problem (don't know if it was yours) before I bought mine. At the time I installed mine, I did the VNM Backbone install. No clearance problem at all.

This FAQ has a pretty decent summary of the headers available for the C5. It doesn't say a whole lot about the DynaTechs but hopefully you'll find it helpful. There's also a whole lot of other info.

Heavier, I believe they are 63 lbs. Someone had a post some time back with all the header weights.
