Default Steady Throttle Surge?

Greets:
Since I did the 30k mile maintenance on my '00FRC, I've experienced a slight, but noticable surge when running with a steady throttle, no matter what engine speed. There is a slight wander at idle, too: the needle noticably cycles up and down, although it is slight. I replaced the plugs with TR55 NGKs gapped @ .057" based on LS1.com recommendations. Nothing else has changed as far as I know.

Any suggestions?
Regards,
Garibaldi

Sounds like you have an air leak in your intake system! Check the connections between your throttle body and your MAF and make positively sure that they are tight and properly configured.

Check your DIC codes and please post what you have storred. Clear all the codes and see if any return.

yeah...could be air leak check you connections between airbox/MAF/TB

I had some idle issues as well and after doing plugs/wires etc. it went away then came back..had a plug back out a bit..then the wire got damaged during the checking and rechecking so it was arcing against the header..replaced the wire and the idle smoothed out....FWIW it never threw a code and the "miss" felt more like surging

I have the same thing. I installed my procharger, got a conservative tune for the time being, and I have a pretty wicked surging at about 20% throttle, when I hold it there, but nothing when I accelerate, and sometimes a little when I decelerate. It makes it look like I can't drive. My tuner is going to check it out, so I'll let you know what he thinks.

I'll check out the DIC and the intake end of things tomorrow. I was out straight all day doing the home maintenance thing. Thanks for the help. I appreciate it.

Here are the codes. I think these are from turning off the Traction Control when the car was dynoed:
TCS C1221 H
TCS C1222 H

RFA U1096 H
RFA 1016 H
RFA 1064 H
