I have a 99 coupe, local dealer has replaced two top engine tensioners & still have the same problem. When you first start the car with the ac on all sorts of chatter, squeaks, vibration, damn noise, thus replace the top tensioner. After the car warms no noise until it cools & you start the engine, ac not on, guess what, no noise ! Help please !
The AC has its own tensioner and idler pully. Either one of these could be making the noise along with the idler on the main belt. All the pullies are the same little wheel on a bearing, doesn't make any difference if it's is an idler or tensioner.
I really haven't checked but I think that there are two belts. Try spraying some water on one then the other. If the noise desists you have found where the problem is.
After the second trip for the same part, I spoke with the service mgr he said there were two tensioner & two different pulleys any or all could be causing the problem. Ok, then why replace thr same part twice, easy to get to ?

Another trick to find the source of the noise if it is a belt is to use a bar of soap on each belt with the engine running. If it is a belt, the squeak will disappear immediately. I am another believer of the Goodyear Gatorback belt. It solved my noise (no tensioner replacement, etc., just a $24 belt.).
